Model VK-PF-4 four heads piston filling machine
The 4 heads olive filling machine, controlled by the microcomputer, combines the photoelectricity with pneumatic operation, thus widely is applied for the liquid filling of the agriculture chemical, solution, liquid detergent, cosmetic as well as olive. The filling volume is precise, foamless and stable.
The machine can fill the liquid with the range from 25-1000ml, meanwhile there is no special requirement on the shapes of bottles. That is to say, it can fill the liquid for the normal bottles as well as the irregular-shaped bottles.

Filling speed adjustment has the following 6 factors:
1, the speed of the product is determined by the viscosity of the product and the length of the suction pipe.
2, filling speed depends on the diameter of the filling head, the diameter is large, the speed is quick.
3, the product of the bubble level. The product filling speed of the high bubble should be slowed down.
4, how much is the filling quantity.
5, the accuracy of the filling quantity, adjust the filling time of each cast.
6, adjust the filling speed (that is, the speed of the servo motor).
General trouble shooting and processing
1) Touch screen is not shown, but the indicator light
Fault cause:
Check whether the fuse is burning, or the contact is bad, replace or reinstall the fuse.
2) The output indicator of the programmable controller has an output indicator, but the solenoid valve does not work.
Fault cause:
Upon examination of the solenoid valve failure, is the key to the programmable controller in the electrical damage, can replace the same type of intermediate relay, fault can be ruled out (this fault is very rare).
3) The main head there is a leak in the shutdown.
Fault cause:
The filling head cylinder does not move up and down, replaced PTFE head, check on the stingy joints have gas, or replace the filling valve, can be ruled out
4) After filling in a number of bottles do not fill
Fault cause:
♦ Check whether the bottle counting electric eye, if not counting adjustable electric distance, so that it can reach the count;
♦ Check that the liquid level indicator is black, if it is white, and the liquid level is fluid, and can be filled with black
♦ Check the magnetic switch cylinder after the dive, the light is bright, if not bright, adjust to the light.
♦ Check the back of the servo motor is close to the switch is bright, if not bright, adjust to the light.
5) Individual valve or cylinder action to slow down or do not work.
Fault cause:
♦ The general situation is caused by the fault of the control valve, first check to control the output of the output of the display lamp (in the lower left of the programmable controller) work is normal, confirm the normal operation of the following check.
♦ Magnet coil plug for transposition of the solenoid valve, if change the position of the fault, indicating that the electromagnet coil is damaged, replace the coil after failure can be ruled out.
If the valve group of the emptying port does not stop to have a lot of gas, the system has a more serious leakage. Can check the internal sealing condition, if damaged, should be replaced. If the fault can not be ruled out, can check the valve spool movement, see if there is a card phenomenon or the seal is damaged, and repair, if damaged more serious, it should be replaced by the entire valve.
6) Servo motor alarm.
Fault cause:
♦ Check whether the PLC on the F**, if it is to turn off the power, and then open up to manual operation, a number of seconds after the manual injection, and then press the manual back to zero.

How to operate single head ROPP capping machine
The feed container moving on conveyor belt are feed into an in feed star wheel through In-feed worm, star wheel bringing the container below the sealing head in the subsequent indexing part, mean while the bottle pickup a cap from the delivery chute of cap filling bowl, where the body and the neck of the container are positioned below the rotating head, where the sealing head is performing perfect operation of threading & sealing.

Also you can go to our factory to do training.
After service: If you get the problem on the machine, our technician will go to your place to fixed the machine as soon as possible. The cost should be in your account. (As above).
