Inner Heating Tube Filling And Sealing Machine

(1) It can fill and seal different size of tubes(the same as the samples) : 15, 25, 45, 110 and 130g.

(2) Capacity: 1200 Pieces/h for 130g

(3) Add one toothpaste delivery pump to transfer the toothpaste bulk to the filler reservoir from the storage tank .

(4) Install one level controller sensor at the tube filler reservoir for auto-relenishment of toothpaste bulk from the storage tank, and the Alarm activated when the storage tank level get low.

(5) The material contact parts are 316L stainless steel.

(6) The machine with the safty cover.

(7) It can seal and cut the end to be semi-rounded end shape.

(8) It has the sealing temperature controller,and counter.

(9) The code date, batch No. expiration date embossed with 12 combined characters of numbers, letter alphabet and “-” dash symbols. It is including 7 sets for number “0-9”, 4 sets of letter alphabelts, and 3 sets of the “-” dash character symbol.
