How Does It Works:

Flour, milk powder, food additives, etc. are common dry powdered food in our lives. Our daily bread, as people’s awareness of consuming safety continues increasing, the requirements for powdered food packaging, quality, safety are accordingly increasing. Dry powder products have special requirements for packaging equipment due to their have the characteristics of dispersible and dust during filling. Currently, the dry powder filling machine on the market mainly adopts the auger metering method.

Basic Structures Of Auger Filler

The basic dry powder filling machine composed of an auger filler and a optional screw conveyor feeder. The outlet of screw conveyor feeder is connect to the top of the hopper of auger filler by a soft connection. The dry powders in the hopper of screw conveyor feeder will be conveyed to the hopper of the auger filler by screw feeder blades.

Double blender-blades mounted inside the hopper of auger filler and arranged in 180 degrees. The blender-blades are in constant rotation when loading and filling. To ensure dry powders uniformed distribution in hopper of auger filler which powders delivered from the hopper of screw conveyor feeder. And the dry powders uniformly enters the auger under the influences of gravity and blades, thereby ensuring the filling precision and continuity of the dry powders.

The expenses (air ticket, food, hotel, the travelling fee on your country) should be on your account and you need paid for the technician usd150 per day. Also you can go to our factory to do training.

After Service: If you get the problem on the machine, our technician will go to your place to fixed the machine as soon as possible. The cost should be in your account (as above).
