VK-RC Automatic ROPP capping machine for olive bottle with metal caps

Perfect for small to medium businesses who need maximum efficiency but not necessarily a massive production volume, the single-head capping machine applies non-threaded aluminium ROPP caps onto glass or PET bottles by rolling the thread on the cap and sealing it tightly.

Composed of a capping station with a single powerful capping head placed above a star-wheel which feeds the bottles to the capper, the unit enables a “direct pick” system, minimizing the contact between the screw cap and the machine. The capping station is equipped with the cap distributor, the chute with the releasing head and the capping head in stainless steel, complete with rolls that seal the aluminium screw cap to the bottle.

Caps are loaded in the vibrating hopper – feeder, where are correctly positioned, and distributed into the in a towing shoe. From there are directly picked up by filled bottle, when being transported with the help of a star-wheel trough the capper, in a smooth step motion. Bottles with applied caps are transferred to the sealing position, where the rotating sealing head descend onto them and begin the cap application process. The sealing head will first apply a top load to the closure, to compress the liner within the cap, to achieve a proper seal with the land of the bottle finish. The arms of the sealing head are then pushed inward and the thread rollers and pilfer rollers contact the cap to form it, so that it adopts the shape of the thread and pilfer grove of the neck finish of the bottle.If a cap is missing, a safety plunger prevents contact between the rollers and the bottle neck finish. All the components’ motions are cam operated, allowing repeatability of capping process on all the bottles. Capped bottles transported from the turret with the help of a same star wheel.

The capping machine is a suitable equipment for roll-press-sealing the Aluminum caps for the plastic bottle, pet bottle, as well as glass bottle. It precesses the screw-press capping for the bottle under the rolling press from hobs, automatically feeding bottle, caps, removing the reverse caps. The capped bottle favors the characteristics like the stable capping effect, convenient uncapping, so that it function as conterfeit and anti-theft.

How To Operate Single Head Ropp Capping Machine

The feed container moving on conveyor belt are feed into an in feed star wheel through In-feed worm, star wheel bringing the container below the sealing head in the subsequent indexing part, mean while the bottle pickup a cap from the delivery chute of cap filling bowl, where the body and the neck of the container are positioned below the rotating head, where the sealing head is performing perfect operation of threading & sealing.

Installation: After the machine arrive your factory, if you need, our technician will go to your place to install and test the machine and also training your worker to operating the machine (the time of train depend on you worker). The expenses (air ticket, food, hotel, the travelling fee on your country) should be on your account and you need paid for the technician usd150 per day. Also you can go to our factory to do training.

After Service: If you get the problem on the machine, our technician will go to your place to fixed the machine as soon as possible. The cost should be in your account (as above).
