The main body of the machine is made of stainless steel, and the equipment consists of a bottle storage bin, a bottle lifting belt, and a bottle unscrambler bin; in the production process, the bottles are first poured into the bottle storage bin, and lifted when the optical fiber in the unscrambler detects the lack of bottles.

The belt runs automatically, and the bottles are lifted and transferred to the unscramble silo at a uniform speed. The bottles will automatically enter the mold holes during the operation of the turntable in the unscramble silo. The bottles after the multi-bottle cleaning station are under the mechanical principle.

Realize that the bottle mouth flips down to the bottle mouth upwards, and the bottle mouth upwards directly output, which effectively completes the automatic bottle sorting; the full bottle optical fiber supporting the bottle unscrambler is installed in the next process or the outlet of the unscrambler according to the demand. Its main purpose It is to prevent the bottle unscrambler from accumulating more bottles at the bottle outlet.

The unscrambler will automatically stop running after the full-bottle fiber detects the full bottle. When the accumulating signal disappears, the host will automatically run again to achieve the purpose of automated production.
