Safety Precautions Of Operating The Semi Automatic Sticker Labeler:

  • Before powering on, please confirm the power supply voltage (AC220V), air pressure 4-6 kg, and the external power supply must be reliably grounded.
  • Do not block the cooling hole of the case.
  • Non-professional technicians are forbidden to open the case.
  • It is strictly forbidden to touch the action range when the equipment is in operation.
  • In case of equipment failure, turn off the power switch first, and live maintenance is strictly prohibited.

Installation:

  1. Move the equipment to the required installation position.
  2. Press the universal wheel brake and fix the universal wheel to make it stable.
  3. Installation of label baffle: during installation, make sure to align the “screw hole of tray fixing block” with the “tray shaft hole”, and lock the M6 screw through the “screw hole of tray fixing block” into the “tray shaft hole”

  • Batch Quantity:When the actual output is greater than or equal to the planned output, the equipment stops working.
  • Quantity: The output count can be reset by pressing the “Set Zero” key.
  • Labeling has been unlocked (labeling started)/locked (labeling suspended):
  • After stopping labeling for a certain time (“self-locking” in the “manual control” screen can set the time, unit is “seconds”), the system will automatically lock (labeling suspended), and press this button to unlock.

Parameters.

  • Feeding speed: A. It refers to the speed of label stripping from the stripping plate, adjusted by 0-100%.
  • Label length: The length of a single label, in mm.
  • Recipe No: Five groups can be reserved.
  • Jog: Click this key, and the system will automatically out the label once.
  • Long press and label out: press and hold this key until “OK” appears, and the label length will be calculated automatically once.

  • Label receiving delay: the time to pause after the label is completed and the label absorbing plate is opened.
  • Speed of label plate: the speed of indicator head receiving the label, adjusted by 0-100%.
  • Label length: control the length of label peeling from the Label plate, in mm.
  • Current position: real-time position distance display of label transmission module sliding, unit: mm;
  • Delay labeling: After the induction switch is triggered by the wire, the labeling will be delayed.
  • Self-locking: set how long it will be automatically locked after the label is stopped.
  • Forward: press the “Forward” key, the label drive module will slide forward, and this function can adjust the distance of the mark receiving position.
  • Back: press the “Back” key, the label drive module will slide backward, and this function can adjust the distance of the original position of the label.
  • Reset: jog the reset key to return the label head to zero.
  • Pipe blowing: click this key to blow the air through the pipe.
  • Standard suction: click this key to aspirate the standard plate.
  • Fit: press the “fit” key, and the air cylinder clamped by the straight blank plate and the upper and lower movable cylinders of the wire harness placement module will move,
  • Label blowing: click this key to aspirate the label plate for blowing.
  • Label out: press and hold this key to label out.
  • Serial action/single action: serial action refers to the completion of a production cycle every time triggered, and single action refers to the completionm of a single action every time triggered.

Operation Method:

For the installation of label, install the label onto the label stripping module as shown in the figure below.

Start up

Turn the power switch clockwise to turn on the power. Press the emergency stop key and turn it clockwise to reset.

According to the diameter of the wire, adjust the distance between the wiring base and the board as shown in the figure below

Enter the width of the backing paper and the diameter of the wire respectively in the column of width of the backing paper in Figure 3.

The front and rear of the label are not aligned

In the production process, if the label is not aligned in front and back, you can directly adjust it in the column of “Bottom paper width”, You can also click “front and back fine adjustment key 1” and “front and back fine adjustment key 2” to adjust, and change 0.1mm each time you click.

Label left and right are not aligned

If the left and right sides of the label are not aligned after the label is folded in half, first loosen the four fixing screws of the drive assembly, then adjust the left and right fine adjustment nuts according to the deviation direction and degree of the label, and finally lock the four fixing screws of the drive assembly.

Maintenance Of Flag Type Labels Applicator Equipment:

  • Heavy pressure is strictly prohibited, please keep clean at any time;
  • Lubricate and maintain the machine on schedule;
  • Add lubricating oil to the moving position of the label plate once a month
  • Check regularly whether there is lubricating oil in the oil cup of the oil-water separator. If not, replenish it in time.
  • Check the wear of the synchronous belt at all parts of the machine every three months
